Healthy Eating


Believe me, its not every day I feel positive and a lot of you know that! (Di, Lind? LOL)

But I’m feeling something change inside of me, whether this is a permanent thing I do not know. Even though the answer to health and feeling good has always been there for me, I’ve never quite taken the time and the energy to devote myself to it.

What I need to do? – Spend time on myself, spend time with those I love, eat well and exercise. I have spent so much of my life worrying about what other people think and basically being scared of life!

I don’t want that anymore….

I’m fed up with it. I’m not expecting every day to be **fabulous** but I will damn well try my best to make it that way.

And that folks, is my resolution!

I’ve been busy, thats another reall-lly good excuse  for my extremely bad diet today i think. Packed and posted quite a lot  today. Typed out invoices, updated inventory, accepted a few deliveries (wheres me chrimbo pressies i’ve ordered?? GRRR) And now, housework, joy of joys!
